From Mom's Tupperware to Colton's Bees
Colton started out with honey bees, catching them in Tupperware bowls and Mason jars. He would catch a few, and watch them for hours, letting them go in the evening, so they could go home.

Always wondering where they lived. How many are in their house? Where all do they go? Why are they eating dirt by the pond? So many questions. So I took him to some bee classes at a local bee store and apiary. That turned in to a love of bees. What they do, why they do it, etc. He got several honey bee stings when he was catching them in his mom's Tupperware. Never discouraged. Now, his bee yard has grown to 33 large colonies, more than 1.3 million bees. And he has not been stung yet!

He works hard on inspections, feedings, honey gathering, and all the details of taking care of his bees! These bees are surely, Colton's Bees!

Colton is a member of the Baldwin County Bee Keepers. His Apiary is registered with the State of Alabama.
